Lemon berry bucha

The latest kombucha experiment in the Brandywine.

3 bags Celestial Seasons Wild Berry Zinger
3 bags Celestial Seasons Jammin’ Lemon Ginger
1 scoby
1 gallon (or so) of water
1 cup sugar

Steep tea bags in hot water as directed. Let cool for 10 minutes and add 1 cup of sugar, stirring to dissolve. Let cool. Add scoby plus about a half a cup of the juice its in. Let sit for at least a week. This one I let sit for about 25 days! And oh man, does this put a whole new spin on the zinger! Also goes great mixed with some sparkling water or juice.
