Kraut Kreations

I have some sauerkraut in the fridge from when I first got really excited about it, and now the more I’m reading, the more I realize I need to eat it. Here, I mixed it into a swiss chard saute and salmon I made yesterday. A pretty solid addition if you ask me. Microwaved it for 45 seconds…hoping that didn’t kill too many of the good bacteria!20130521-201346.jpg
